Basic Shipping Information

All packages are “brown box” and discreetly labelled. Your package will come from “ETC” in Boulder, Colorado where we maintain our warehouse.

We strive to ship all orders received before 1:00 pm EST by the next business day.

If an item needs to be back ordered, we will contact you directly via our email – customerservice@rabbit-rabbit.com and ask for your instructions as well as offer a full refund.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and C.O.D. fees. These will be calculated when you check out.

If you need to change an order, please contact us immediately as we ship orders promptly.

Product Return Information

Because of the need to keep our products sanitary, we do not normally accept returns except in the following cases. That said we always want our customers to be satisfied, so if there is something wrong – please contact us immediately. We take returns in the following cases:

Defective Product – Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Please contact us immediately regarding a replacement or return.

Refused/Returned Order – Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges for restocked orders.

Damaged/Shortages – All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours from the receipt of goods. A claims form is included with each packing slip.

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact us with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.

This means nosy neighbors and local delivery drivers will have get no indication of what’s on the inside of the package from looking at the outside.
