Where do you get your sex dolls from?

How do you ship the toys?

We ship are all products using UPS. We trust UPS and their packaging and labels are completely anonymous. We currently ship to the Untied States, United Kingdom and Canada but will be opening up to other markets soon.

Are the toys shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. They are shipped in plain brown boxes. There will be no indication as to the contents of the package from the outside.

What payment options do you take?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure PayPal account. When you checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal to pay.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

No. You can pay with a normal credit card using our check out.

What will my credit card statement say?

To protect your privacy, you credit card will show a charge from “RR Digital”.

Do you collect credit card information?

Absolutely not. The reason we use PayPal is specifically so that we NEVER see your credit card information. When you pay with Credit Card you are on PayPal’s servers. We simply receive notification that the payment was accepted.

Do you collect my personal information?

We collect your shipping address so that we can ship your product. We do not collect any other information, except that which you give us. We do not collect ANY credit card or PayPal information.

If you create an account with us we will be able to see a list of your past purchases – as will you. You DO NOT need to create an account to purchase items from our store. This is completely at your discretion.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the intimate nature of our products we can not accept returns. This is to protect our customers and their health.

We guarantee that when you order a toy from us you KNOW you are the first person to ever use that toy. If you have any questions or complaints, please call us or contact us using the form on our contact page. If you have a problem with a toy or an order, we are more than happy to work with you to make it right. We appreciate our customers VERY, VERY much and strive to make every order a positive experience – but for health reasons we can not accept returns.

Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the next day if we receive the order before 1 pm Eastern Standard Time.
